Re: Spouse Visa Refused 2017 APPEAL OR REAPPLY?

You're right I guess the next step is to give it our best shot and try again. The interviewee misinterpreted a lot of things wrong when she called me, such as my work timings. I work at a school so during holidays I'm able to give full time hours to my part time job but during term its in the eveni...

Re: Settlement visa refused, Appeal or reapply?

It could be 12 months or more for a decision to made under an appeal. If your husband was including self-employed income, are you aware that it is the nett amount after business expenses have been deducted? I remember you were posting on similar threads to me around the time I joined the forum. Just wanted to ask if your spouse is self-employed? If they are not surely they shouldn't have to provide a tax return document... (I mean...

Re: Still waiting for a decision.....

Refused on basis of not meeting financial requirement and not submitting hmrc 15-16 document. We make a lot more than what's required. Have been asked to appeal in 28 days. How much time does it take for one to get a revert post appeal? Is it worth to reapply or appeal? It will be kind of you if yo...

Hi Rijab,
Many of us have got the same worded email in the past few days. It's a standard email that comes once you get in touch with ukvi on phone, escalate or mark urgent.

Yes after 10 working days of escalation they replied, "as we have earlier advised that your case is being considered and has not been straight forward." The standard message. Hi Liuking3d
This means a decision has been made.
Have you checked the ukvi status tracker? Does that show "decision made"?

Keep us posted.

Cheers,
