Re: Long Residence (LR) continuity

To buy the time you could have submitted AR on the very last day and then after the conclusion of AR you would have still 14 days to submit another application.

Re: Variation from tier1 g to 10 year LR route

Dear Professionhuman, Yes, you will get right of appeal and perhaps the biggest advantage would that you will have work right until your appeal rights are not exhausted. Re: ILR SET LR REFUSED

You are welcome. Yes, you should send a PAP but get the grounds drafted by a barrister rather than a solicitor and see if you can get an appeal right. If you are successful in getting the appeal right then maybe in tribunal you can try your luck.

Deae Michelsays,

You have asked for a refferal for a barriester, but unfortunately as per my understanding the memeber aren't allowed to post name of the expert or a firm name. Thanks

Re: ILR SET LR REFUSED

Re: 10 Year Long Residence or Tier 1 Entrepreneur ILR

You can not split your continues absent of 256 days into two different parts. You can request a discretion from secratery of state which is very unlikely to be exercised considering current situation. HO is very strict now a days. The best thing is to continue with your existing leave Tier1 Enterpre...

Re: Please help, ILR issues

Perhaps you can reach your 10 years by 2019. You can apply set LR on the last day of your visa expiry. This may take from 3 to 6 month or may be longer to be decided. If they refuse you which is most likely but you will get a right to appeal. If you appeal the decision it can take a year or more for...
