She is not applying for the child's citizenship. She applies for a passport directly if the child was born to a British father (assuming the father was British at the time of childs birth). Is that not 2 years absence which disqualify the citizenship ? No. You are confusing the loss of ILR due to 2 years absence. Also what can be done incase of her child as his father not willing to provide any document or any thing. For example he will not provide his passport number etc but she can ...

She won't qualify for citizenship as she has likely exceeded the absence limit in the last 5 years if she has been out of the UK since May 2018. I really appreciate the advice I have been given in this forum by moderators regarding my Mrs ILR she got that yesterday.

My wife given ILR on 5 year spousal route and want to know if she can apply for naturalisation right now or have to wait for 1 year to complete.

Hi

Is there any way to check the progress of the application? I submit my application on 5th June but haven’t heard nor received any confirmation of submission.

Also I am still able to login to ukvac documents portal and and I can see all my uploaded documents.

During the submission of ILR set(m) form didn’t get any section regarding the NHS surcharge wondering if that does not apply in our category ?

Applied 5 year spouse visa settlement.

Your date of application is the date you pay and submit your application. Biometrics date is irrelevant. You get 45 working days to provide your biometrics. Biometrics before or after visa expiry does not matter. As you know I have made my payment and submit my application today 17 May and visa exp...

Yes you can use your old NARIC letter or assessment certificate.
