Hi. You just have to get all necessary document to submit as quick asap. before your ex change mind. your ex I'd and your passport. 2 0r 1 month of recent address leaving together is Enough and her 5 years work histories...if possible seek immigration layer View before submission. All the best.

in my opinion I think it will be Better for Your Partner to Renew his RC First. Hope You as a EEA National-sponsor You are Currently Exercising Treaty Right. Amending Tax is not A Good Idea due to Research. God Help US All. Good Luck
