Hi all,

I'm wondering if anyone has similar experience of entering with a COA/ without a valid family permit while travelling on their own - i.e. without their EEA spouse?

I'm hoping to travel without my partner and wondering if that could be problematic?

Yes you can work. I started to work straight away on my family permit and you should get a CoA when you apply for the Residence Card which also confirms your right to work during the time you wait for your RC (when you will likely have an expired family permit).
