Referee declaration form

On the form it states, "On the back of the applicant’s photograph, please write
their full name and date of birth. The photograph should
then be glued into the space aside." Is this still required as I will be scanning it and they will not be able to see the back of the photograph?

Referee

I have someone who is willing to be my referee who is a British citizen. However they do not have a passport. Do they need to have a passport?

Who counts a relative for a referee?

As far as I am aware relatives are not allowed to be referees. Would my mum's first cousin count as a relative?

Re: Settled status processing times

Has anyone else gotten their settled status in less than 24 hours? Both me and my mum applied on Thursday and by Friday morning we were both approved for settled status. I was especially surprised at how quick mine was because I had to send evidence to prove my residence.

Sorry for another post, but to clarify can he add me in his application in section 1 subsection c (Family members included in your application)?

Re: Family member under 21.

I should also mention my dad is applying from 2009 onwards so he should have acquired PR in 2014 and I was 18 under then.

Family member under 21.

I've been reading similar posts but I'm still confused. For a DCPR as a direct family member (daughter) under 21 but over 18 of my father, can he add me directly as a family member to his application? Or does he have to make his own application and if he receives his PR card, later I have to make my...

Barnet JCAP

Hello everyone, I was wondering if I had to use my local council for the NCS (barnet) because as far as I know by looking on their website they don't offer JCAP. Am I allowed to go through another council or do I have to use the one closest to me? Thank you.
