Re: Ilr refusal

Hi Riz

I am not immigration lawyer or person but if you’ve been refused on basis of tax issues then you cant get ILR by applying LR application,
Its going to be same story as you are dealing with,
So my opinion is to apply visa on basis of yours kidz 7 years rule and save your money and time.

Thanks

Re: ILR: self -assessment mismatch

Dear, Most of the people had done similar thing like you for getting tier1 visa initially. Now they are getting refused even if they have amended tax and matched the figures they have shown to home office in first application. So in your case its big difference of tax stated to HO and tax paid to HM...

Re: ID no. Minor Error on English Language B1 SELT Certifica

Hi there I can share my friend's experience, When his wife had to sit for the test they Put her last name as first and vice versa. When the test people were checking her ID before test they didn't bother for the mistake and said same thing that it's minor mistake. So my friend just put covering lett...

Re: ILR SET(LR) Application with Simple Caution

If the application form ask you for any caution or warning
You have to mention it,
It doesn't matter whether it's been spent or not.
I think you would be fine if you will mention it but
Need to read questions first.

Re: Police Community speed watch warning

No

It's just a warning by police not by court so
You are fine by that.

For further satisfaction after couple of months
you can go into any police station
And ask for police disclosure certificate (charge fees for it)
It will tell you all your data recorded in U.K. Police
Records.

Re: Discretionary leave to Remain to ILR - CCJ

Dear, I think the best thing to do is to go and get advice from some senior immigration lawyer. In my point of view you have to declare everything but you can explain your circumstances in covering letter in proper legal language so case worker can make right decision. You still got your chance to p...

Re: Any boday received a letter of decision delay recently

Dear, If you've been through this forum then you've seen a lot of people are waiting for outcome in ILR category. So it's not unusual if you've to wait more than six months. Just believe in your self and pray for good results. I think after brexit HO is under a lot of work pressure that's why it is ...

Re: HMRC issue

Subhan If you were on tier1 then you should check the records with HMRC and sort out any differences between the income you Hv declared to HO and taxes you have actually paid. You have got enough time to update HMRC data. Try to get good accountant and explain your matter to him, he would solve your...

Re: ILR - Varied Application from Set (O) to Set (LR) Premiu

Hi there, I would say that if your application is straightforward like no tax issues, no convictions and no immigration issues then you can go for the option. In this forum a lot of people have said that they approached local MPs. So you can try as well. For your LR application, when HO got your cur...
