Spouse visa approved but havent recevied TB cert back

My wifes visa has been granted today (hooray!!!) but I was wondering if she needs her original TB certificate when she arrives? This is still with the UKVI and our lawayer has advised to get a new one which I don't think is right.

any thoughts are welcome.

I have had a response back from the ukvi who have told me that the case is in the final stages of processing and a decision will be made soon. Not sure what my lawyer did but she did say she called them who told her there was a delay in their systems (didnt go into detail). Im just glad they respond...

Re: Spouse Visa - nearly 12 weeks - what's the next step?

Not so much of an update but.... My wifes friend recieved their visa today so it give me hope that the home office are doing their job albeit slowly. I believe they completed the standard enquiry form and was told the passport was dispatched. They were not notified by the home office which is worryi...

Re: Spouse Visa - nearly 12 weeks - what's the next step?

I agree the home office have no consideration. Re: Spouse Visa - nearly 12 weeks - what's the next step?

Looks like we are all in the same boat. Biometrics was done on 16th Feb and they had all supporting documents on 23rd Feb. Its as though there is a widespread delay on all applications and part of this I assume is down to the change in process of sending documents to Sheffield?? So frustrating but I...

Re: Spouse Visa Documents

Thanks SimonS for your reply. We didn't get no option for the track service and I assume it something to do with those who have paid for priority. In hindsight, I wish i knew about this back then but didn't as I did my application through our lawyer. Ill just have to wait and see. Good luck with you...
