Thanks for your reply but does anyone know how would homeoffice know if someone travel before visa approval or without brp? You have clearly missed out the mandatory documents. Please read the caseworker guidance and read through the forum for the documents people have used there are many lists on this forum. The answers are in here. Otherwise please seek professional guidance for your next application.

Was it an accounting practise. Usually it says prepared on behalf of Accounting Company name.
If it is an accounting practise with more than one directors any director can sign off the accounts if they are practising member of the accounting body.

Statutory Accounts/Management Accounts have nothing to do with evidence of employment. You attach your RTI/FPS reports for this. That should not be a problem as this would show in the Company House filing history page that you need to attach with your application.
