I'm just so confused right name. Me and my mum are applying for FLR(FP) and don't know whether we need to apply separately or on the same form with me as her dependent. You should submit evidence of residence since your leave to remain was granted. You and your mum would submit separate application forms. As you've turned 18 years old you would not be applying as a dependent of your mum. Don't forget to pay the NHS Health Surcharge fee with your application. I ...

I was looking there the FLR(FP) form:
Would I fill in the private life(10 year route) as I'm 18 and have been in UK since 5, and my mum fill in the family life as parent(10 year route section)??
