dont u worry as long as you have a valid visa.
it is very unlikely immigration would call your employer to check your employment status.

things dont work like that.
they will only take consideration your salary earned before your current leave expires, no matter what is your annual salary is.
I am also in the same situation.

hi guys, mail from wp(uk)ltr about post stamp helps who applied on 7th. let us keep our fingers crossed. Dear Sir Provided the envelope in which you sent your application is dated by Royal Mail, on or before the 07/11/2006 then the application will be dealt with under the old rules. Regards wp(uk)ltr

you have to come in as soon as possible.

grace period is 28 days.

hi grace period will be 28 days. every HSMP holder wont be waived labour test. they will write you a letter statng if you are working since 8 months you will be given a waiver. i guess you could attach that letter, you have to really wait until they write you a letter if you have already applied or ...

Hi man,
They have clearly said in the new guidance that they will accept the applications on FLR(IED) until 4th of December. I dont mean to disappoint you but it is not much hoping to listen payment process is cleared.

No mate,
But u cant expect u r docs back. they will write you a letter after 5th of Dec to submit relevant section of FLR(HSMP) and any further evidences to score 75 points.
How about your work permit? did u approach u r manager for a WP?
