Referee filled in Lower case

Hi,

One of my referee filled his section in lower case for my naturalisation.
Will it be ok for me to send it like that? I filled rest of the form in Upper case though.

Please share your experiences

ILR - FLR + Tier1 Depend

Hi,

My wife will be completing her 2 year dependant residency in June.
She spent 1 year as tier 1 dependant and the other year as FLR(M) dependant, both being dependant on my visa.

So, could she apply for her SET(M) settlement visa in June?
Please share your experiences

Once money is taken, it doesnt take long for biometric and decision making. Having said that, there is another thing to consider. My Tier1 v...

Ananth,

You dont need a tenancy agreement.
Just be sure with your other documentation (maintenance, marriage certificate, recent communication records) and your application will be successful.

I have got my wife's visa recently(from Hyderabad) without tenancy agreement.
