They cant refuse your visas

Hi, Home Office is not going to refuse your HSMP visa if you dont get points for extension due to the Judicial Review filed by HSMP Forum ( http://www.hsmpforum.com ). So, till the outcome of the Judicial Review if you dont get points as per the new criteria then your application can be kept on hold...
