You have to click the first section ( Personal details ) and go through one by one section till you get amend details you want to amend it. But once you have paid IHS your Leave will be on 10 years route and you can not reapply ILR straight way , you will have to wait 10 years more or 5 years if you want to apply ILR on Long Residence basis its depends how long already time you have spent in Uk? What date your husband existing LTR will expire? If he can pass the B1 Test then he can even re-apply ILR before existing LTR expiry date But he have to pay fees again.... if you are on 10 years route that will be more costly.... Just do not pay the IHS and application will be refused but it depends...

Hi,
Your husband can book and pass B1 Test from Trinity college which is basic English language test , results I think provisionally they issue on same day which can be send to UKVI at the address provided...

CR001 advice is always correct , you can apply ideally on 13 August or onward date but before expiry of LTR .

1- you meant today Date 24 May 2019 but not 24 June 2019 ?

2- Her existing LTR should not be curtailed and she can apply ILR again .

3- if you write exact wording of refusal letter someone could better give you information/ advice.

You can apply anytime before your LTR expiry date because you have already completed 60 months on Spouse LTR ,

To be on safe side , re-sit for exams again from approved centres , it is also mentioned on UKVI website as well... not worth wasting lots of money by taking risks ..
