You can apply ILR from late of March 2018 because you stay in the 5 years with tier1 E system.

I did IELTS at the same exam center as you two years , when you were applying on line you should check which exam belongs to UKVI . all of IELTS are organized by British council ,but UKVI only accept some of them. please pay more attention on it.

The point to argue is in Pg 91 of the guidance where it says "We consider full-time to be 30 hours per week / 120 hours per month" and the same text in Pg 46 of the application form. You can use that to argue that the other jobs should be considered full time. this come from the old guidance, HO del...

I pay my employees monthly .I think the correct hours per month should use 30 / week x 52 weeks ÷ 12 = 130/momth.

I had already got general IELTS within valid period but I still have done the IELTS of UKVI which is the necessary for tier 1 E and no doubt, I got score for my extended visa.

A dependant does not need to necessarily apply with you. Your child remains a PBS dependant. However if your dependant has become 18, certain conditions apply for extension of the dependant visa. Dear Zimba88, Many many thanks for your prompt answer . I understood your meaning, but if I apply separately without my child dependent and succeed ,how can my child apply for the ILR without main applicant ? my child is over 18 year old now and he has always been under the tier1 dependent visa .
