Re: Second (spouse) visa requirements

A few more questions please… I tried to figure out how many letters addressed to each one of us individually and how many addressed to both of us together are needed. I’m still unsure. It says 6 from 3 sources but what does that mean? It says we are required to have at least three different sources a ...

Re: Second (spouse) visa requirements

I've read through the entire document but I can't see anything regarding how "old" can the English test be. The requirement for the first visa was that the test must not be older than 2 months prior to the application date. I’m not sure if that’s still a requirement at all. With regards to the gen ...

Re: Second (spouse) visa requirements

I have just now... thanks.

One thing I didn't quite understand is that before the first visa I needed to pass an English test which I have but reading through the form now it seems that I need to pass another one again?

Second (spouse) visa requirements

Hello, I'm living in the UK for over two years on a spouse visa. In a few weeks I will need to apply for the second visa. Is there a list of requirements someone can direct me to please? We were told we need proof that we've been living together in the form of official letters addressed to both of ...

Re: How to apply for a provisional driver's license for a no

Yes. I have. I tried calling, I tried sending an email (got no reply), I tried going to the post office but they don't have a guide (they don't know anything although they are registered on the Gov site), I tried looking online and I've tried asking in this forum. I can't find a list of the exact ...

How to apply for a provisional driver's license for a non EU

I’m trying to figure out how to apply for a provisional driver’s license all day and I haven’t found a good video or a forum post or a manual. I’m in London. My driver’s license from Israel can’t be replaced by a UK one so it seems I have to go through the process again after being a driver for 17 ye ...

Re: Getting the BRP card

Do you know the easiest way to apply for driver's license without having to send the passport for a few weeks?

Re: Getting the BRP card

Many reasons. Because it's another form of ID. Because then I don't need to carry around my passport which has the visa on it. I'm always scared it'll get wet or whenever someone handles my passport like it's leftover food not realising it's precious I think how easier it would be had I had ...

Getting the BRP card

Hello, I’m in the UK on a spouse visa for the last year and eight months. I applied June 2015, entered September 2015 and haven’t left since. For various different reasons I saw that I might need a BRP card as a simple proof of identity. At the time I was told here on the forum and by an advisor tha ...
