Oh, I thought the 31 Dec 2020 deadline was just for EU nationals to move to the UK by and that they can still apply for family members and for their own pre-settled/settled status until June 2021 ?

I am struggling to find if there is a minimum income requirement when applying for EEA extended family permit (for a brother). How many months of payslips are required ? Hi nsxx,

We have not had any further email update since his biometric appoinment. No emails from UKVI. Only TLS website saying its with UKVI. Getting a little worried now since you have got an email....

What is the salary level she needs to earn ? Is it still £18,600? From the link it mentions having adequate maintance, what level of earning is considered adequate? Would child support from her ex be considered or its only her earnings?

Also what sort of evidence is advisable to send in ?
