Re: Critical skill work permit missing P30

The document seems to have similar info but it should include the company registration number to identify the company.

Re: Critical skill work permit missing P30

P30 should look like the following; - It shows how much PRSI, PAYE etc is paid by the company. They might be able to get this from ROS system. "Acknowledgement for Payment Instruction Return Below is a copy of the payment instruction received by ROS on the . If you have any questions or problems, yo...

Re: Permission for part time job on csw visa

If your stamp 1 is linked to a CSEP then you cannot work a second job. There is a different type of stamp 1 that allows full-time work without the need of CSEP but you will have to contact department of justice to change your permission.

Re: Category Aor B ?

Thanks kpuser... Confirming from them would be great thing. It is very imbiguous. That will definitely help my case. God Bless you I was there with my wife yesterday and confirmed I was still Category A. They asked me for was my CSEP copy (now expired), IRP Card and insurance for my wife. Gave my w...

Hi, I actually emailed the ISD and below is the response from them to clear the confusion. Question: ``` Can you please confirm whether the person holding a Stamp 4 Based on a Critical Skill Employment Permit will be categorized as Category A or Category B Sponsor? Response: ``` They are considered...

Contact details are https://www.oireachtas.ie/en/members/me ... 013-03-27/

I confirmed I was category A by asking solicitors. I also referred to the same in all my emails to the department, minister and TDs. No one said otherwise.

I merged my qualifications into 1 PDF file and uploaded. When uploading a document you have to select the type and I think you can only upload 1 file per type hence you will need to merge all together. Re: Information Required for Critical Skill EP

You can request a provisional contract from current employer starting at a future date and ending no earlier than 2 years.

I'd upload all pages of form.

You can upload all docs as 1 file.

Re: Non-EEA spouse of stamp 4 holder (based on CSEP)

Hi all, Just to update, I have received the approval for the application being referred to above. Apparently I was still in Category A but my application was delayed due to extra information requested. I had emailed the Justice Minister requesting an update on 12th of October and received an acknowl...

Re: Category Aor B ?

Sure, for now, and to have more clarity, I have reached out to Visa Section with the below question. I have moved from Stamp 1G to Stamp 1 (Critical Skills Employment Permit, 2 years), and then to Stamp 4 (now reaching 1 year). My question is, is my spouse's visa application going to be dealt withi...

Re: Category Aor B ?

Hi all, I am going through this process so want to update you on my status and wanted to share some thoughts. As per my previous post I expected to be on Category A (I have stamp 4 based on CSEP) but even though the date of category A applications passed, my application was not decided. Based on thi...

Re: Non-EEA spouse of stamp 1 holder (based on CSEP)

The proper way to do it is applying Join Spouse Visa for category A sponsor. The dates on the immigration website are not really accurate. I have heard some people getting the visas earlier than 10 months while others have not received even after 12 months (my case) while the date suggests my wife's...

Thanks for the update. I hope everything goes well and your spouse get the visa ASAP. Just to update. I had sent them a response with documents to explain and received an acknowledgement on the same day (15th of September). There has been no update since. Even Category B has now reached 12th of Oct...

Re: Non-EEA spouse of stamp 4 holder (based on CSEP)

Just to update.
I received an email from the visa section with a query around my bank statements. They are looking for full explanation of some transactions (I had bough property and had made some transfers) and gave me 5 working days to respond. This might explain the delay.

Re: Non-EEA spouse of stamp 4 holder (based on CSEP)

Hi there, Since you are no longer under CSEP, you are in "Category B'. Your spouse is eligible for stamp 3 but she is not allowed to work unless she gets a work permit from the Department of Enterprise Trade and Employment (DETE). She is also not allowed to study. Stamp 3 is considered as residence...

Non-EEA spouse of stamp 4 holder (based on CSEP)

I have 2 related questions around the NON-EEA spouses of Stamp 4 holder (based on critical skills employment permit. Re: Stamp 4 Support Letter < 21 months

One of the conditions of stamp 4 support letter is 21 month of employment in the state while on critical skills employment permit. If you haven't achieved this yet, you can't apply for the support letter. I'd say go for another critical skills employment permit and complete at least 21 months in tot...

Re: Join family - spouse of critical skills permit holder

Thanks.

Yes we are legally married. I thought there would be a separate category for spouses of CSEP (6 month expected processing time rather than 12 months as per the policy) but I suppose they will decide on the contents of the application (will attach my CS work permit etc.).
