Hi, I received similar email 2 weeks prior final decision. I applied in Nov-2020 and received decision letter on 1 week of Feb-2021. Now I am waiting for ceremony letter to book my ceremony. and I think I do need to apply fo dependent as well.

Thank you. It is very useful. Your dependents DO NOT have to apply with you if you are changing employers. My dependent visa is valid till 2019 (as per my current T2 G visa).
