One more question please- The document checklist generated after submission asks for 'family declaration signed by partner' in mandatory documents and other documents like bank statements, letter from employer, 6 pay slips, cohabitation documents, council tax costs etc. The checklist doesn't ask for...

Another question please.

I am in full time employment and my wife works part time as well. I am earning more than 50k GBP and have payslips, P60 to prove this.

Do I still need to maintain funds in my bank account for wife and daughters ILR application?
