Here is another notary public in Balham area which is just charging GBP 20.00 for notarising passport. Also I have got my passport page certified by a notary public just in £ 20.00

If you guys just want this to prove your date of birth then get personal page of passport certified by notary as you have alternative documents and in this case you don't need to go through the translation and all.
