OK. Thank you :) I will keep waiting then.
Just quickly - is there a time limit to get bio-metrics done, like a particular limit after receiving the letter?

Re: ILR - Successful PEO Tier 2 route

Hi
Congrats on successful outcome of your application.
I also have the ILR-BRP card with expiry date in 2024. Was confused initially but now I know that we just renew it the way we renew passports :)

A huge thanks to both of you :) I have managed to get a letter from my line manager with endorsement of 'required for forseeable future'. Re: ILR -Employer letter urgent query please

Many thanks guys. I really appreciate your time.
My coleague has applied with the same letter today and his application is successful. So, it's not a hard and fast rule to have these exact words written in employer's letter. This could be useful for other applicants as well. Xx

ILR_Tier 2_qualifying time

Hi
I have a quick query regarding my ILR application through tier 2 route.
My first visa for tier 2 was stamped on 13th August 2012 and I arrived in UK on 18th August 2012 (4 days after my visa was stamped). Do I qualify for ILR on 13th August 2017 or 18th August 2017?
Thank you

ILR -Employer letter urgent query please

Hi I am going to apply for ILR based on my tier 2 route next week. The problem is that my employer is going to issue me a standard letter which they believe they provide to everyone. The letter does not say 'foreseeable future' rather they write the end date of my contract. Do you think it will be a...
