Thanks for the reply Cricinfo. Just for info... I read in one of the websites that the spouse of a british citizen or settled person (i guess this means ILR holder) is eligible for naturalisation via 3 years residency route. But its not mentioned in home office website. I have written to home office...

Can I apply for British Citizenship along with her application? Or do I have to wait for her to get her Passport? I tried to read through the guide...

Single person council tax benefit

If I have availed single person council tax benefit in the past (during mu Tier1 tenure), how it will have an effect on my ILR application?

The benefit was obtained in the past, not in present.

Thanks in advance.

Either too busy or not willing to answer the question which you yourself have answered in subject line :)....a gap of more than 90 days at a stretch is not acceptable when applying for ILR.. However, if you can prove that gap of 94 days was due to business purpose or work related and get appropriat...

Well, I dont care what is the OP's intention. But the question is a valid one to get clarified. What is the best way to get the details of my Entries/Exits to UK in the past if I have lost the records?

Dependant Student Visa - Rules for working?

If I bring my wife as my dependant and I am in student Visa, can she work? What are the restrictions for her to work? She is a professional chef, so can she look for a job in her profession?

Many thanks.

For example, they are assessing applications made in the first week of January at present, which is approximately 4-5 weeks behind schedule....
