My parents submitted visit visa application from Pakistan (Islamabad) vfs centre on 9/08/19. Is there anyway I can track the application. I have vfs ref number but I can’t find the tracking information on vfs website.

to make light on the “your uk visits visa HAS BeEN CONCLUDED email”, I got an email with the exact wording, and I just received my passport with a uK Visa! So it isnt true that it is meant that your visa was not granted!
