I got my ILR in April 2023 and she got granted her extension in the same month. My questions here are: 1) Will...

Re: Tier 1 Exrension to ILR (SetO) dependent

Hi CR001, Thank you for the prompt response. When will she need to apply as I am planing to apply 28 days before my 5 years which is mid November 2022. Her visa is valid up to the same date as mine which is December, 2022 first week. Also, wont her stay/application be only valid if or when my ILR co...

Tier 1 Exrension to ILR (SetO) dependent

Hi guys, I am going to be applying (currently Tier1 Ent Extension) for my ILR set(O) mid November and had a question about my dependent wife who joined me a few months ago to the UK. Do i add her to the same Set(O) application as my dependent or will she have to extend her stay as my dependent using...

Re: Spouse Visa Maintenance Funds

Am i reading this part wrong? "Dependants of Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) lead applicants who have been in the UK for 12 months or more do not need to meet the maintenance requirement." So my wife is applying from outside the UK and has not been to the UK. Will she need to meet the maintenance requirement?...

Re: Spouse Visa Maintenance Funds

One last thing Zimba:
I have been in the UK for over 9 years now but I always travel back home every year. Right now I am not in the UK and will only be travelling in mid March!
Does this mean i have not been in the UK for 12 months or do they mean residing till now?

Thank you!

Re: Spouse Visa Maintenance Funds

Hi Zimba, So based on the info below, the maintenance is for myself to show right? "Each dependant must have a certain amount of money available to them - this is in addition to the £945 you must have to support yourself. The amount depends on your circumstances. You must have £1,890 for each depend...

Unauidted accounts shows profit

Graduate Entrepreneur at the moment. My unaudited accounts show £13,000 in business profits. I transferred this money less than 90 days before the date of my application with my accountant letter/unaudited report. Is this fine? Policy guidance does not talk about business profits generated as a grad...

Business Plan Info

Since I can't find examples of successful business plans for the Ent visa I just wanted to generally ask: How long are typical business plans? How detailed should they be? Do the financials have to be there for the entire 3 year period? Is there anyone here who has not been interviewed as an initial...
