Hi In my case my 5 years stay expire on 31/08/2017 then roughly 6 month waiting time for the indefinite plus I need to spend 12 month ILR so to reach the stage where I can apply for Citizenship I need to wait 18 month So basically if I got positive decision within 6 month that waiting time is legal...
