Re: Advice on filling form AN for naturalisation

I have few questions about making citizenship application using AN form. 1. My ILR was issued on 24 Apr 2019, so can I apply within 11 months or I have to wait until 24 Apr 2020 to complete the 12 months? 2. How critical is the information regarding previous HO applications, do I need to list all a...

Re: Tier 1 Ent -ILR Waiting almost a year

It’s really unfortunate that people can be made to go through frustration like this. You just have to keep calling them until they also become tired of your calls and answer you. It is quite frustrating to say the least.

Thanks Amber, I have actually contacted them, they asked both of us to create an account for UC as it has to be linked, though my wife is not working at the moment , she is looking after our sickle children.

I thank you so much for your help. God bless you.

Re: CHILD BENEFITS AND NATURALISATION.

Hello Amber, I have another question. I found out the universal credit links smartness together, there is a question about capital, shares or savings in the bank account. I was initially a Tier1 entrepreneur before ILR and had invested 200k into share, though I had so many challenges in my business ...

Re: CHILD BENEFITS AND NATURALISATION.

Thanks for your response Amber,
My children ages are 15, 14, 11, 9, 7, 5. My wife is not working at the moment, she is looking after my sickle child full time, although she is planning to work self employed soon. We own our house but pays mortgage.

Many thanks

CHILD BENEFITS AND NATURALISATION.

My wife and I just got our ILR with all our six children. We want to apply for child benefit, hope it will not affect our British citizenship application in any way. Someone should please us.

Re: ILR Application for Main and Dependant at the same time

Your husband is not a third party, he is your husband. Did you take financial support from any third party aside your husband. If no then forget the form 3, it’s not needed. Sing the forms 1 and 2 and that should be fine. The second question is still the same, it’s provided by your husband and he is...
