Yes it’s normal. Some people get them back after weeks/months. I sent mine on 3rd March and got them back on 9th March. I sent them 2 bundles, 1 original and 1 of copies...I got both back and it didn’t even look like they’d touched the copies even though they ask for copies.

I sent mine to the first address on Friday 3rd march 2017 and received them back on Thursday 9th march 2017 with a cover letter saying they've received the documents and made copies (even though I sent them an additional copy of everything which they also returned).

Hi Maibm, Yes, our time has been up and our MP has followed up with HO. Our MP made an official complaint with them that HO is required to respond to within 20 working days.
