Why are you asking the same question again? Because I check the immigration rules (hc 538)and stated that it does allow discretionary leave to be change to spouse visa. It is not clear from what you post, when did you get your DLR? Do appreciate that in order to make an application under the 10-year rule, you have got to have been "legal" in the UK for the 10 year period, well actually 10 years less 28 days.
