Re: ILR - Covid 19 - Home office asking documents via email

I just got a similar email. No request for BRP card or nothing about our existing UKVCAS appointment. The email address is: WandSContingencyCaseworkDocumentReturn@homeoffice.gov.uk> via ukhomeoffice.onmicrosoft.com I'm not very sure and a bit worried to be honest to share all the details they have a...

"Furlough" and ILR application

Dear All, These are very uncertain times. Many employers are looking at redundancies and some (like mine) are looking for furloughing employees for sometime. I've applied for ILR online on 23rd March. My 2nd April appointment at Birmingham with Sorpa Steria is not postponed to 15th May. Does being o...

Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

I can see date change in my UKVACS login. My appointment at Birmingham was postpone from 2nd April 7.30 AM to same time on 15 May. Hope they don't postpone it further. Premium payment timeline is still 5 days after my May appointment - i guess. We also need to update our documents in for our next ap...

4 years tier 4 + 5 years Tier 2 - absence question

Hi All, I was combing through the forum for a long time and was wondering I could get answers to my questions. I arrived in UK in Sept 2010 - 1 year Tier 4, then had additional 3 years in Tier 4. After that I've had two Tier 2 (General) visas 2 +3 years. I'm eligible for ILR from last week - based o...

Re: France Schengen visa - conference - email request for cv

Hi Nikhil, I am wondering when TLS usually update the status for sending passport? Morning or Evening? George Hi George, I got a call in the afternoon (around 12.00 PM) that my visa was processed and they are posting it in a few hours. But I went through the third party and it was not TLS that call...

France Schengen visa - conference - email request for cv

Dear All, I have applied for a Schengen visa for France to attend a conference via TLS contact (actually via third party weblink removed by moderator who apparently offer fast track appointments with TLS for some extra cost). As I was short of time (conference starts 11/6/2017), I paid a bit more, s...
