Re: Prosecuted for fare evasion in 2008

Hi All, I was charged for fare evasion on a foolish act that I slept on a tube and overran a zone, unfortunately I did not have enough top-up to cover that. Went to court, was fined, which I paid promptly. Have declared it on all my application so far as I understood it will be considered spent in ...

Re: Stupidity of the highest order!! Please help

@ cs95tdg....is your ILR in your old or new passport?

Believe NCS will want to see the ILR stamp with the passport......no harm in taking all your old passport to be honest. Atleast if NCS wants to check your 1st visa issued. They will only make copies and give you back all your passports.

Re: Physical presence 5 years before

Hi, why don't you use another NCS apart from this one you have appointment with on nov 12? You can use any NCS and it doesn't have to be the one closer to your residential address e.g. look for one close to you work area and try book during lunch time which is what I did for mine. I live in London b...

Re: can I go on holiday after submitting the AN application

To be honest, I would suggest you apply when you get back from your holiday or if you apply before going on holiday cut ur hols short. The Biometric letter will be sent about 10-12days after your application has been received and there is a time limit when you can do the biometric (15 working days)....

Re: Urgent Help & Advice Required!!

You can check your DVLA license info from their website now without the paper counter-part

https://www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence

I would suggest you declare it all...make a copy of the blank page or print 2 copies of criminal conviction page from the AN form

Hi Chokwal, Thanks for your reply.
