Please need some advise, what benefits a British Sponsor can claim while the application of partner in-process with HO for ILR FM with no affects on application.

My question was whatever someone qualify for FLR or ILR but the case is in progress with HO. In the meantime terms get worse with sponsoring partner and don't want to support the in-progress application what will be the outcome and any suggestions for alternatives please??

Yes it was my 1st Visa and applied outside UK, and i was resided outside UK.

Please can some advise me as my SET(M) ILR application has gone well above 6 month timescale, its 10th Month now but still not received any reply back. They asked for my new born birth certificate 3 months ago which i provided but never heard since.
