You don't need contract rather an employer letter

Hello,

Please there has been a salary review and his salary is now 18650. but the company is not willing to change the amount on the old contract. Do this still makes him meet the requirements for part 2?

Future overtime aren't counted and cash savings under £16000 is also not counted. He will have to apply under category B where his salaried income must be at least £18600 at the time of application. You will get a hard copy after your tests. Do a registered delivery to the cw also make sure u make a scan copy for yourself for your records

If the exam center is not in their approved list, why did they grant leave in remain in previous applications ? What English qualification did you use and is the centre and qualification still on the list? If I were you I wouldn't think of proving HO wrong at this time with 3k ,ilr and 10 years at ...
