Re: Pre-Settled to Settled status

Thank you for the prompt response.

We got married in July 2020.

Yes, returned back to the UK under the EU FP in November 2019. That makes sense, will wait till November before I apply for the Settled status.

Thank you again for your help!

Pre-Settled to Settled status

Hi All, Background I am a New Zealand citizen and married to a EU national, I have obtained a pre-settled status and a BRP card. I was told that my BRP will be redundant as of end of December 2024 and that I need to apply for a eVisa. I have done this and now have a eVisa which proves my status. I ...

Proof of dependency mandatory in document checklist for parents

Hi, I was wondering if anyone encountered the same error. We are applying for EUSS FP for my parents through my EEA wife (who has a pre-settled status), but we can’t get past the document checklist. We filled in the application, but we cannot get through the checklist without ticking the “Proof Of De ...

Re: EU Settlement Scheme

Kamoe - would just like to thank you for your assistance on this post - it was more valuable than you can imagine. I just got back into the UK with my EEA Family Permit - the process from application to biometrics to receiving my passport took 5 weeks. This is partly due to the 3rd Party company ...

Re: Flexi Appointment - TLS

Hi, I recently booked in a Flexi Appointment also and am interested to know how yours went. What was the outcome of the biometrics appointment? Did you end up going prior to the booking date and were they accommodating or did they turn you away? I found booking system is confusing as it forces you ...

Re: EU Settlement Scheme

Thank you so much for your response - it was really helpful. I'm looking to apply for the EEA Family Permit. I've reached out to the Home Office to see if I can leave the UK and apply for the permit from Europe while the EU Settlement Scheme application is in progress (or if it can be placed on hold ...
