I applied on 20 March and the online status has changed to Decided 4 days ago (22 August) saying "Decided: Application status updated on 20 August 2017".

I'm still waiting for the confirmation letter...

For some reasons, my royal mail code has suddenly stopped working. I used to get awaiting decision but now it is not recognised. Case ID is not recognised too.
Anybody else is having the same?

Thanks for confirming that no letter will be sent although I had wished for a different answer :) I think you went a bit too far in interpreting the meaning of "free from immigration control" by which I meant that there are no restrictions in terms time, work, access to public funds/loans etc. Obvio...
