Does the employer need to mention the holidays taken on just for weekends ? as its not there concerns if empoyee goes for holiday on weekend without taking any leave

Absence Letter - Mention of holidays

HI
I am planning to apply my ILR through tier 2 route. I have taken few Europe holidays only on weekends i.e Fly on friday night and came back on sunday night. No leaves taken.

Do we need to mention these weekend holidays in the absence letter by employers.

The first link I provided explains a user being refused for similar circumstances. If you were not paid during the 6 months, then there was no tax paid either. Was it an umbrella company? Did you have to find your own contracts or similar?? Why were you not paid for 6 months?? its was not a umbrell...

Hello All, I checked with solicitor and he said If taxes not paid by employer, then automatically there will be discrepancies created in tax history which will reflect in HMRC system.
