I went Birmingham core office to submit naturalization application.
They didnnot took my Referee declaration forms . even though i asked them. but they said we dont need these letters.

anybody who has same experience.??

It has no affect anyway, as said before a single speeding offence has no impact on the 'good character' requirement for citizenship. Hi how many FPN could be disregarded.
