7 year old nephew on visit visa refuse to go back to home country

HI everyone,

I need help on what to do if anybody can.
My 7 year old nephew came on visit visa but he is refusing to go back. he is enjoying playing with his cousins and all the other activities he got involved in. Is it possible to switch to another visa that allows him stay in the country?

thanks

Re: Can my Uncle act as a sponsor for my mum and nephew

Why does he need property in uk.
She is coming to see me and my family. What I am avoiding is I dont want ECO to refuse her Visa because her sponsor is in uk and she might decide not to go back cos have read similar cases on here that leads to refusal.

I just received my BRP card and it was dated 23rd of March 2018 apparently the case worker made a decision that same day. Thanks to everyone and I know its really hard saying this but you all should not lose hope. Always trust in God and don't give up. You will surely get your result. Shalom! Shalom!!
