Hi
My husband currently holds a refugee status. And he has to apply for ILR in Sep 2018.
So can we apply for a spouse visa in this situation? Will it impact on the outcome?

i feel the same way Meedo, i'm dying inside everyday for what my wife is going through, I applied in June and feel like crying everyday, can't sleep or eat properly. Biometric: 1 march 2017 Case not straightforward: 30 June 2017 31 october email received I have lost all hope. Visa rejection at this point would be too much. I would just give up. Took two months to just receive the A1 language test results that i needed to apply for spouse visa. I am very unlucky...
