According to home office guidelines case worker will
Issue Long COA with right to work or Short COA without right to work
Depending the document available to them.
So any applicants who did get Long COA with right to work did falls under the HO case worker guidelines therefore refusal.

Coa letter is not like when you applied for RC where it stated
Date the application was made....
But for PR coa is just generalise but the dated you made the
Application is not stated.

Also with your application groups are been updated
It will appear not recosigned so hopefully you will get your
Decision!!! Keep checking with yr Case ID
