Having Loss has nothing to do with your visa as long as the business activity is going on. its a company's loss not yours which can be adjusted in the next years profit. you have fulfill all the directors requirements though

there are plenty free appointments available to main centers. for example in London its croydon. may be small centers have few of them which might have been taken by others. they will likely first try to find out what actually happened before cancelling and issuing a new one. ask them to get you new one as planned holiday or travel is coming. they can get the new one delivered in one week. just stay in touch with them or make a complaint about this to complaint departme...
