Re: ILR Refused Tier 1 General

Can you be more specific on the case? What does the original letter says?

Are you on a limited company during the absence? In the SET (O) application form, there is a list for you to fill in the absence details with reason. What did you fill in the absence reason?

Re: Tier 1 G ext, appeal and JR refused - Set LR applied

ILR rules page 5 states that overstay will be disregarded if ILR application in placed within 14 days Provide the link for this. The point is your section 3C protection under the immigration rules ended when the UTT refused your application and you then automatically became an overstayer from the d...

Re: SERIOUSLY NEED HELP

explaining the things in my letter I already have the right of being out of country 180 days for one go which will leave us With being 6 months short for ILR If understood your post correctly, you cannot use the '180 days absence' for this purpose. The ILR will be refused. 180 days limit should be ...

Re: ILR Refused due to Amendents

seems the they are scrutinising the 180 days requirement. As you do not go over your 180 days limit each 12 month, even if it is for personal reason, they should not refuse you on that basis. The reason they gave is not convincing.

Re: ILR absence from the UK

Any one with any ideas? Your comment is appreciated! I am on T1G to ILR with mixed of limited company and PAYE. In one 12 month period, I have five overseas trips, one for 31 days, one for 21 days, two for 7 days and one for 14 days. In total, 73 days. Questions: 1. As the above overseas trips are o...

Re: When is a spouse visa officially cancelled?

This isn't even an issue looking at your absence. If you left the UK in March 2014 and only returned in January 2015, you have broken the continuous residence as your absence is more than 180 days. Even if your visa was not curtailed, you would still have broken your continuous residence for ILR ba...
