Police do not have any eraser
For example,when they delete any data then it looks like this in their system

Before deletion

SAR is not a printed copy of police data.

You can not see these _ _ _ .
Only home office or police can see this.
No one can delete or remove foot prints from the police data base.

After naturalisation,I applied first adult british passport through online application and submitted my all previous uncancelled passports a week ago.

There is no fixed parking fines in the uk
Only fixed penelty notice(issued by police or council)
Penalty charge notice and
Parking tickets.
As you do not have any fixed penalty notice so you do not require to declare it.
