i want to get married in uk BUT i need COA from BIA.. waste of money plus my girl friend only has a visitors visa.. i was checking out marriage in gibraltar, we both dont require any visa for gibraltar and marriage can be arranged in 24 hours, flights and hotels.. what do u guys say?[/list]

dont worry i know a friend who is a pakistani having a work permit in uk he travels to china via france no problem, u wont require a transit visa if you have a valid temp residence visa(student, work permit).

cryodon is fun :) yupeeeeee visa took 1 hour to issue, 5 years work permit, both officers were Lady's and they really were kind. one explained how my mobile being switched on would create interference with their systems and would automatically result in the application to be rejected by the computer ...

can i apply ILR on basis of 10 years legal residence 20 days before i reach the 10 year mark?
eg .. 22 oct 2007 will make it 10 years for me and my visa expires on 02 oct 2007? so i can i apply on the 01 of oct 2007 or i need to apply after the 22nd?
