I first applied 2 years ago in Oct 2016 Irish spouse and got second stage in Feb 2017 and haven't heard a single word and chased them million times from that date hoping I catch every ceremony.. until I had time to let go of everything and forgot about it.. Invitation for 26 Nov Ceremony?

Did anyone receive invitations? I got my approval in mid August and sent them everything they asked for back including €950 and then they sent receipt for it but haven't got clue when will they send invitations?

The working officials told you so? That would make sense! I really doubt there's no more big ceremonies this year! I finally got my approval letter after nearly 2 years, I applied Oct 2016!! Second stage letter Feb 2017 and initial approval dated 16th August 2018 (but I was away when it arrived) however I send 950, gnib & photos! Anyone know when is the next ceremony?

Finally got my approval after nearly 2 years from my application date! But I missed my 10 day window they mentioned as I was outside Ireland. Letter date 16th August but I collected on 31st August when I came back so I assume I was supposed to be included in the Dublin ceremony?

I was shocked when I learned about this fact from my friend's solicitor! The department does not have "resources" to employ more people to handle the increasing demand in applications! still waiting I call them last week same response file is prepared for submission how about you did you call them or email them in past new weeks if u did wat they said? Does anyone know if there will be enough time to make the actual passport before Xmas following naturalisation on the 27th of Nov?
