The DVLA form reads that We need to be in UK for 185 days to be resident. I hold a Indefinite Leave to Enter and am staying UK since two months. Do i need to stay for 4 more months to apply or can i apply now??

I am currently residing in United Kingdom and legally working. I posses ILR and i wanted to know whether there are any benefits that i can claim???? Are people with ILR derived from all of the benefits???
