A "stateless" person can apply for asylum

But it is very very very unlikely you would be considered stateless

Please check with lawyers as 1 yr is too short a time to lose ones nationality

One could go for a Gap Year or a long holiday and lose Cuban Nationality if that is the case

Ideally we are supposed to apply after 4 YEARS 11 months But in your case you may get an exception as you have done 4yrs 8 months Try your luck or apply thru a lawyer Some cases I heard about applied for Furrther leave to remain for another year and as soon as they completed 5 YEARS APPLIED FOR ILR ...

If you look at the payment acknowledgement letter they said dont send additional documents unless asked by case worker

So if they need any clarification they will contact us
I dont think we can reapply with new FLR HSMP
