I got my ILR approved yesterday from croydon PEO. It took 6hrs 30mins to be called by the case worker and another 30mins for approval by case worker.

Hi,

I'm not sure if I can post my query here:

I have a 10yrs multiple entry B1 visa applied by my employer. But there is no Employer name embossed on the visa.

Can I use the same visa If I shift the Job or for my personal visits?

I'm also in similar position. I have 6 yrs exp. in 3G and Embedded Systems. I see lot of openings in the job portals. But I heard the Employer first looks for the UK/Europian Union candidates, if they are not able to get any then only non UK/ non EU candidates gets a chance.

HSMP Entry Clearance

Hi,

I have received my HSMP approval letter dated Aug.21, 2006. Because of my busy work schedule and onsite travel, I couldn't apply for Entry Clearance till now. What are the chances of approval if I apply in Feb before expiry of 6 months period?

Please guide me.
