Hi everyone, we just received a letter from home office saying our case has been forwarded to the case workers in sheffield who will them implement the decision the judge made (whatever that may be). It also says we may be writing again to request further documents however, we will be working to ...

Nothing...been waiting since 21st august..Solicitor ranf FT and they said nothing has come on the system to say they have appealed but we need to wait 😢...

has anyone received any new news yet? We had our hearing almost 4 weeks ago and have still not heard anything yet. Anyone know how long it usually takes?

Hi,
We received a letter yesterday from the first tribunal. Our appeal has been allowed under human rights ground. :D Alhamdulillah....We are just waiting for 14 days now as home office have the right to appeal the decision within 14 days....

No, nothing. They didnt even have my husbands correct test results let alone recordings.

The home office had submitted 2 bundles of paper work as proof in both bundles they had a piece of paper with my husbands results it was highlighted as the results. The judge pointed out that both papers had different results on them one paper had 1 result n one paper had 2 results. My husbands name ...

Well anyway we went in the judge explained the procedure. We took a barrister with us and Ms Fell a senior home office officer was present on behalf of HO.
