English requirements

My wife has a Bachelor degree in Software engineering, we got letters from Naric confirming its equivalent
to UK's Bachelor and its equal to B1, and medium of instruction was english.


Now is it still worth doing the english language test for spouse visa ? or above is enough ?

Hi,



I am about to apply for my wife's spouse visa, I have a 8 months daughter, who recently got her British passport. I am just wondering if supreme court judgment could help in any case to fast track my application ?

Yes because you are sharing a property with other people.

Ok now for a studio flat, does the size of flat matters ? Because some of them are very small.

A studio flat should be fine. I have found a 1 bed room flat which will be solely occupied by me. Now the tenancy agreement will start from first of December and am planning to submit my application next week, my corresponding address will be my current address. Ok,

It seems having own place is quicker route. Now would a studio flat would be enough ? Or It needs a full one bed room flat ?

Ok

According to to link you posted, even with the property inspection report UKBA would still contact the local council to confirm the property is not overcrowded ? That will delay the process ?
